Even though you are exercising every day, Sitting continuously for hour’s can cause lots of health problems such as obesity and metabolic syndrome. It is really easy to remain sitting in that one particular place for eight to nine working hours every day but it can definitely shorten your life. There are several tips to avoid this situation while you are working.

When you constantly sit for hour’s, your muscle burns less and the blood flow in the body get slower. This helps the fatty acids to clog your heart easily. Long lasted sitting has been connected to high blood pressure and cholesterol, the study has found that the people who sit more compared to others are more likely having cardiovascular disease.
2. Causes backbone problem
Literally, your spine is a long structure which is made of bone and cartilage discs, joints the muscles and the ligaments that are attached to the bone and hold it all together. A common way of sitting is with a curved back and shoulder’s. This position puts an uneven pressure on your spine over time causes wear and tear in your spinal which puts a strain on your back which causes back pain.

Studies have stated that sitting can lead to greater risk of colon, lung cancer, and endometrial cancers. Individuals with tension have extreme and stress that can hinder regular day to day existence. Indications may include increasing the heartbeat, trouble breathing, a resentful stomach, muscle pressure, sweating and feeling weak or unstable, the specialists said. Sitting behavior may cause instability in sleeping, poor metabolic physical condition, and even social withdrawal.
5. Lead to varicose vein
Sitting for more than 8 hours will pool blood in your leg. It will give more pressure in the vein. This lead to swelling, twist or bulge. Doctors call such condition as varicose veins. You may also see spider veins and the collection of broken blood vessels close by. These are caused by the weakened valves and veins in the leg. Your doctor will tell you if there is any treatment needed. Proper exercise can reduce the chance such condition.
